We will begin accepting registrations for Bug Camp @ UGA on March 11, 2013.

Fees, Cancellations & Refunds

Registration fee is $150 per child. See Additional Child Discount for enrolling multiple children.

Fees may be paid with cash, check, or money order.

• Checks should be made payable to the H.O. Lund Entomology Club
• If you want to pay in cash, you must do so in person by visiting the Entomology Office in Room 413 Biological Sciences Building during business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm)

Split Payment Option:

You have the option of splitting your payment in two, with 50% due at the time of registration and the remaining balance due 10 business days before the session begins. Non-payment of your remaining balance will be considered a cancellation, and the normal cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellations & Refunds:

If you cancel your Bug Camp registration with more than two weeks notice, you will receive a refund minus the $25 cancellation fee. No Refunds will be givenwith less than two weeks notice.

Discounts

The following discounts apply to Bug Camp @ UGA:
Discounts Available Before April 19, 2013 (Early Bird Discount):
All particpants who register before 5pm on April 19, 2013 will receive $15 off the registration fee for every child they enroll!

Discounts Available After April 19, 2013:

Additional Child Discount:
After April 19, 2013, participants will pay the full registration fee for their first child, and $15 off the registration fee for each additional child they are enrolling in Bug Camp.

UGA Faculty/Staff/Student Discount:
Current UGA Faculty, Staff, and Students will receive $15 off Bug Camp. To receive this discount, you must present a currently valid UGA ID. This UGA discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
