My Research

My research would focus on developing ecologically sound management strategies for the control of stink bug complex in cotton agro-ecosystem. Potential tools of geographic information system (GIS) are to be utilized to better understand the dynamics of stink bug population at farm level. The research is oriented towards reducing insecticidal use and enhancing efficiency of spray applications by mapping the stinkbug movement at critical stages of cotton growth.
