My Personal History:

1987: M.S, Entomology, Clemson University
1987-2001: Research Technician, Department of Entomology, University of Wisconsin; Madison, Wisconsin
2002-Present: Research Coordinator, Department of Entomology, University of Georgia, Athens, GA

I have a wide variety of duties in Mike Strand's lab. Oversight of the insect rearing (Lepidoptera and Hymenoptera) is one of my primary responsibilities. I serve as lab manager to ensure that everyone has the equipment and supplies necessary to do their research. I provide technical expertise in a broad range of areas including cell culture, insect dissection, microinjection, microscopy, photography, graphic art and web page design (including WebCT).
